More Information: The word shen is often translated as "spirit", and disturbed shen implies that the spirit is agitated, especially as it affects the mind and the nervous system.

Disturbed shen can be due to excess factors such as heat, rising yang, or stagnation of blood or phlegm; or deficiency factors of blood, qi or yin. Heat can be involved in both excess and deficiency. Disturbed shen is not always due to heart patterns.

Directions: 4 tablets, 3x day after meals.

Ingredients: Jujube seeds, Polygala root, Poria sclerotium, Gardenia fruit, Chinese licorice root

Other Ingredients: Starch, carmine
